What We Expect Of Our Patients

We expect our patients to be courteous to our staff at all times and to comply with practice systems with respect to requests for repeat medication and attendance for chronic disease management and preventative care. We also expect our patients to contribute to our efficiency by attending punctually and cancelling any booked appointments that they are not able to keep. This may be done by text message.
